As a key member of the patient care team, our medical/surgical RNs are providing direct nursing care adapted to the individual patient needs based on the nursing process. Our med/surg RNs should be adept at at assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. As a med/surg nurse in the ACU at Jefferson Healthcare you will promote continuity of care to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met. Strong teamwork and communication skills are a must, as a nurse may delegate to and supervise support nursing staff who are participating in the provision of care. This fast-paced environment will keep you on your toes, but your positive attitude ensures your success.

Required

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing
• BLS/CPR certification required, active prior to start

Preferred

• Two years' experience in hospital/clinic environment preferred

Schedule

0.9 FTE, 36 hours/week, 12 hour night shifts
