Concierge Volunteer

Jefferson Healthcare is thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for Concierge Volunteers to join us in creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

As a Concierge, you'll be the friendly face that greets community members at our entrance kiosk, guiding them with care and kindness to their check-in destinations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

No prior experience required; customer service or healthcare exposure preferred.

Volunteer Shifts Options include Monday-Friday:

• Morning: 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
• Afternoon: 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Choose what works for you:

• Up to one 4.5-hour shift per week

What to expect:

• May require standing or walking for 4.5-hour shifts
• Outdoor and transitional spaces with exposure to weather
• May involve fast paced or high-pressure moments
• Orientation and onboarding requirements
