Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an Education Coordinator to join our growing team. This position works hand-in-hand with the Education Program Manager to build up the education program for the hospital. Along with supporting programs administratively, this role will facilitate and coordinate system-wide trainings and support the administration of the LMS (Learning Management System).

What you'll need:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Two years of related work experience required; prefer experience in a healthcare or education setting
- BLS Certification required within 3 months of hire.
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week; non-union; non-exempt; onsite
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and development of clinical education events and activities such as Skills Fair, and others.
- Provide LMS support including coordinating and assigning eLearning modules and run reports as needed.
- Manage the Education Center space and Simulation Lab including:
- Manage reservations.
- Set up space with the requested equipment.
- Keep equipment in good working order.
- Track and order consumables.
- Support in running simulations (as needed).
- Track all certification and licensure requirements.
- Coordinate the certification course enrollment process.
- Track and organizing skill competencies and other training records.
- Track and coordinate required training for all hospital staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Education Center.
- Edit SharePoint pages and keep the Education Calendar up to date
- General administrative duties.
