What we can offer:

• Exceptional Earning Potential: Your total compensation is designed to put you in the top tier of earners. You'll receive a $308,160 base salary, plus an additional $15,000 in attainable quality incentives, bringing your total potential earnings to $323,160.
• Extra Shifts, Extra Pay: We value your time. Any shifts worked beyond the standard 180 are paid at a premium rate of $1,712 per shift.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced CRNA with a minimum of three years of experience and a strong background in a variety of anesthesia techniques, including general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and nerve blocks. Your expertise should cover procedures for general surgery, orthopedics (including total joints), OBGYN, and more.
