Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our fully accredited Home Health program, which is dedicated to enhancing patient well-being by delivering personalized care in the comfort of their homes-reducing the need for hospitalization. In this vital role, you will help patients achieve their goals through strength and flexibility training, muscle re-education, balance and gait improvement, pain management, and the use of orthotic and prosthetic devices. Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available up to 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), Day Shift.

What you'll need:

• Current Physical Therapist, WA State license in good standing
• BLS/CPR certification, active prior to start
• Graduate of an approved PT program with a BS PT, MPT, MS PT or DPT
• Valid Washington State driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Two years' experience in an outpatient setting, and/or one year inpatient or SNF, preferred
